Yellowjackets creator Ashley Lyle has promised season 3 will finally answer major series questions, indicating tense terror in the upcoming episodes. Yellowjackets season 2 ended with major events, as Natalie (Juliette Lewis) is accidentally killed in the present day, while, in the past, the cabin is lit on fire, forcing the team to brave the cold without shelter. These major cliffhangers entertain the idea of a darker season 3, especially because there are still plenty of questions about the group’s time in the woods that haven’t been answered yet.
Speaking with Vanity Fair, Lyle promised some key answers will happen in Yellowjackets season 3, including what happened in the past that they’re afraid will be publicized.
