You season 5 has officially been confirmed, and it will be the show’s final outing. Debuting on Lifetime in 2018, You faced early cancelation as the network decided not to renew it after season 1. However, You became a hit when it was released on Netflix, and the streaming platform kept the show going all the way to season 5, where it has the chance to reach a properly fitting conclusion.
Filming wrapped on the fifth and final season in August 2024, and it would take a few more months for Netflix to announce anything regarding its release.
