Thanks to an in-game time-traveling fan, all the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete February events and items can now be previewed. Time traveling is a way to skip time ahead that involves changing the date on a device, typically done to quickly progress a game that plays out in real-time. In this case, the time traveling was done to skip ahead to reveal Pocket Camp’s upcoming February events.

Reddit user smoew shared a video from their time-traveling adventures, showing everything that’s coming to the game next month. They also issue a warning that attempting to time travel ahead will cause the game to become “frozen in time until that date comes around.” The video reveals a huge amount of content, much of it themed around Valentine’s Day, various shades of pink and red, and many sweets and chocolates. There are also some winter-themed cookies and items, as well as plenty of seasonal events.

February has a lot to offer for fans of Pocket Camp who like cutesy and pink things, but it continues to celebrate the winter season with some snowy options, too. Next month’s offerings bring back many different kinds of items from previous years, including the following fortune cookies:

Next month’s events have also been revealed and will include two events from 2022, Vintage Valentine and Celeste’s Chocolate Terrace, as well as a fishing tourney and a scavenger hunt. Besides the events, the month will make another huge selection of items from previous years available for a limited time.

Several Pocket Camp players from before the switch to Complete are particularly excited that the Pastel Gamer Room set from 2023 is returning. The popular item was only available as part of a gyroid scavenger hunt and was therefore easy to miss out on. In general, fans seem happy with the selection for February, with many stating that they’ll be saving their Leaf Tickets for the next month’s selection of goods, rather than using them up this month.

Although Pocket Camp has been around for over seven years, this is the first time the game is available as a one-time-purchase mobile title, instead of a free game that relies on microtransactions. As such, it’s somewhat of a mystery how Nintendo plans to handle the monthly events and items. So far, each month brought many different fortune cookies back to the game, added several seasonal and other recurring events, and gave players access to purchase items from the past.

I only started playing the game when it came out as a full, self-contained game, so for me, each month brings a huge amount of new content that I’ve never seen before. It’s pretty exciting to be able to discover everything that each month has to offer, but longtime players who were around pre-Pocket Camp Complete have even more reasons to be excited. The monthly refresh of the items on offer gives these players a chance to get items that they missed out on when the game was free. Some of these items are years old and give fans strong nostalgia.

With such a huge amount of furniture, decor items, clothing, special character items, and more in the game’s past, Nintendo has plenty of content to bring back. The developer also plans to add a few all-new items to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, so fans new and old have something to look forward to in the coming months.
