Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is an exciting new family-friendly platformer that sends players on a mission with Dog Man (aka the Bark Knight) and the other Supa Buddy characters to save the city from those mischievous evildoers. Grab As Many Bones As Possible, And Don’t Be Afraid To Backtrack

While most of the badges in each mission are somewhat obvious, they can sometimes be difficult to track down, especially in the later-game areas. There are four Badges in each mission, and one of those is awarded simply for completing the mission. Another Badge is awarded for filling the Bone meter in each level, so gathering Bones is crucial to collecting all the Badges in the game. If you feel like you’re struggling to fill the Bone meter, extra Bones are awarded for picking up hearts after the Buddies have been transformed into Supa Buddies.

If you find yourself unable to locate some of the Badges as they explore, or see that the Badges are placed in unreachable areas, you may need to venture ahead a bit farther to unlock a new Gadget. This will be the case for unlocking secret missions in each level as well, so you will likely need to backtrack after picking up the new Gadget and go through the secret missions to gather those Badges. The secret missions are usually accessed via a secret door in the mission that comes before the door on the map, and will be necessary for the “#1 Supa Cop” trophy.

One additional way to get Badges more easily is to be patient and to fully explore each area. Badges can be missed or overlooked if you are trying to rush through the mission, and missions will need to be replayed in their entirety to officially collect all Badges and Tadpoles, so Badges that are collected without completing the mission will not count as completed. Badges in Dog Man: Mission Impawsible are overall pretty simple to collect if you are patient, fully explore each mission by seeking out the nooks and crannies of every level, and are diligent about gathering Bones.

The Comic Club Assembled Trophy Is Awarded For Collecting All Tadpoles

Tadpoles are the second collectible item type in Dog Man: Mission Impawsible, and they are slightly rarer than the Badges detailed above. There is only one Tadpole in each mission, with 45 in total that will award the “Comic Club Assembled” trophy when collected. These tadpoles can sometimes be in tricky locations or hidden out of plain view, so fully exploring each area and backtracking will be necessary, just as it was for Badges. One tip to keep in mind is that the Tadpoles are often in “hidden” areas that might require veering off the beaten path.

Sometimes, collecting Tadpoles will trigger a trap or cause an enemy to appear, such as the giant rolling donuts in the Cop Station, so you should be prepared to run, dodge, or shrink your way out of the situation. They can also be placed just slightly out of view, so jump up to any ledges or on top of any platforms that might not seem obvious at first. Tadpole placement gets trickier with successive areas, and with each successive mission within those areas, so keep that in mind while completing mission seven or eight in the Marshmallow Factory and beyond.

There are four separate trophies associated with Tadpoles, awarded when you get to 12, 23, 34, and 45 Tadpoles. Collecting all the Badges and Tadpoles in the game will be much easier with these tips and tricks to speed things along. These collectibles are mostly easy to locate, but can sometimes be tricky depending on the area and mission.
