‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Star Blasts President Biden

Things have not been so easy for the Chrisley Knows Best stars since Julie Chrisley and Todd Chrisley were sent to prison. To make matters worse, Julie’s conviction was upheld on September 24 despite some legal wins. Savannah Chrisley, who has been advocating for her parents, is once again not happy because of her parents spending years behind bars. This time, she targeted not only the Fulton County DA and the GA Dept. of Revenue, but President Joe Biden. She has also shared what she believes is proof of “corruption.”

Since Biden pardoned his son Hunter Biden as one of his last acts as president, Savannah is once again demanding justice for her parents. She took to X to disagree with Biden’s decision, saying, “@JoeBiden, how can you justify pardoning your son for his crimes while my parents remain behind bars? Your claim that “those who were late paying taxes are given non-criminal resolutions” is an insult. I will NEVER stop fighting for my parents. It’s time to bring them home!!”

After ending the first paragraph with the hashtags #JusticeForAll and #FreeMyParents, she claims that she has proof of “massive corruption” that resulted in Julie and Todd’s conviction. She wrote, “@realDonaldTrump @JusticeOIG @PamBondi I have all the documents proving massive corruption within the Fulton County’s DA office and the GA Dept. of Revenue. Employees stealing taxpayer dollars for gym equipment, electronics, trucks, vacations, etc. The same people who put my parents in prison were falsifying documents to get a conviction. HUGE 4th Amendment violations. I could go on…”

The Chrisleys’ Legal Fight is Still Ongoing

News of Julie’s resentencing to 84 months in prison prompted Savannah to not give up her legal fight. As a response to the resentencing, Savannah said, “I will continue to fight for my parents. And I will be as loud as I can possibly be because the judge clearly showed today that she was using my outspokenness to change a system that is so broken.” Slamming the decision as an injustice,” she spoke of her intention to appeal while noting that she was “very disappointed.”

There is a small update regarding the appeal, but more needs to be confirmed. It was reported that Julie, too, was planning to appeal her sentence, but whether her appeal has been submitted is yet to be known. Julie’s track record in appeals has been impressive since her original conviction was overturned. Still, she has had some setbacks, as her appeal to attend her resentencing remotely was denied.

The Chrisleys Face a Long Road

The Chrisleys have still got a way to go, as Todd is still in prison for the next decade, and Julie will not be out by Spring 2025 as they hoped. There is another Chrisley sibling that has also been in trouble with the law recently, meaning that the Chrisleys are facing more legal problems. Kyle Chrisley was arrested for aggravated assault and was charged with the offense. There is no known update on the case. Chrisley Knows Best can be streamed on Peacock.
