In The Sims 4, there is no need to buy a house when you can be invited to move in. This can be done via genuine friendship, a new marriage, or just faking it until you make it. Many EA-curated homes have spare bedrooms or ample space to build more dwellings. It is just a question of which Sim is easy to schmooze, are close to the end of their lives, or have other goodies to takeover.

You can, of course, bypass the whole invitation process by using various cheat codes in The Sims 4. There are other different options, like adding your intended Sim to an existing family through Create A Sim, or moving in via Manage Worlds. But all of those skip gameplay and lead to a more boring story. It is a totally different experience wooing your way into a home rather than showing up to a house of mostly strangers.

10 Partihaus Factory One Of Windenburg

A Pick Of The Litter

Factory One sits in the heart of Windenburg’s downtown near clubs, cafés, and plenty of fishing. It is a four bedroom, one bathroom with a small loft on top. Unique features include an arcade machine, a DJ booth, and walk-in closets. All rooms are taken, but the four residents are all single with double beds.

This makes it a perfect target for a new budding romance. Jade Rosa is an office assistant in the business career and Palo Rocca is starting the athletics career. Eva Capricciosa and Marcus Flex are both unemployed, so your Sim will need to be the provider. You can also have an easy in by joining their Partihaus club included with TS4: Get Together.

9 Caliente’s Sultry Springside Of Oasis Springs

Total Drama House

Sultry Springside is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in the Skyward Palms district of TS4. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and are located upstairs. The smaller guest bedroom is behind the downstairs kitchen. Highlights include a front patio, grand piano, backyard garden, and a fishing spot just outside.

All four residents are single and interested in finding a new romance or tryst. Don Lothario seems to already have similar plans in mind and is up for wooing either of the Caliente sisters, or the matriarch Katrina – and nearly any other Sim in TS4 or real life. If you do make your way into Sultry Springside, you might want to make sure Don winds up in an “accident.”

8 Cahill’s Old Penelope Of StrangerVille

A Great Fixer-Upper

Old Penelope might not look like much, but it is secretly a diamond in the rough. It has no livable space on the ground floor, and its basement is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom. However, the lot size is a massive 50×40, making it ideal to build on. If you have the funds, it is possible to make impressive structures in TS4.

The only occupant is George Cahill, an elderly retiree. He has the paranoid trait, which may cause him to become suspicious of your Sim, but otherwise he means well. Try to befriend George early on, as he might naturally perish depending on your lifespan settings in TS4.

The mansion is a cozy three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in TS4: Life & Death. With Layne Coffin and Olive Specter sharing a bed, that leaves a bedroom free for the taking. While not as grand as some other options, the mansion itself is appraised at 104,783 simoleons, with the Specter family having another 100,000 in reserve.

But, Olive Specter has a reputation for murdering her husbands in past TS games. Don’t become one of her victims or try to thwart any possible deaths. Maybe it is simply safer to befriend Nyon Specter, who should take over the mansion in the future.

6 Robles Point Of San Sequoia

A Tree House Adventure

Robles Point is a decent three-bedroom, three-bathroom house in TS4: Growing Together. The home was built in stages, with Ignacio and Aurelio’s sections appearing very different. The backyard is spacious with a garden and the beginnings of a tree house; once constructed it can house two more Sims.

Bernice and Ian Robles are expecting their second child, and may need your Sim as a live-in nanny. Alternatively, Ignacio is getting on in age and may be looking for companionship. With the tree house, your Sim could be any kind of guest.

5 Bjergsen’s The Lighthouse Of Windenburg

A Long Term Plan

The Lighthouse is a fantastic 40×30 three-bedroom, two-bathroom house. It has a pool, jungle gym, piano, chemistry table, and private gym. The master bedroom is so large that it is nearly a master hall, with other rooms connecting to it. The neighborhood of Crumbling Isle is also ripe with free fruit, mineral deposits, and fishing spots.

The only hard part is justifying your Sim’s presence. Bjorn and Clara Bjergsen are healthy adults and Elsa is only two weeks away from becoming a teen. It is best to get close to Sofia and hope she inherits everything. As with any teen, Sofia has a random chance to appear at Copper Dale High with TS4: Highschool Years installed.

4 Bailey-Moon Manor Of Del Sol Valley

Ample Space For The Famous

This large mansion is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom abode, though several bathrooms do not have toilets installed. There is already a guest room, a mix master music station, exotic water grade, and L-shaped pool. Due to its sheer size, Bailey-Moon Manor tends to have high weekly bills in TS4.

By default, the lot has the Celebrity Home trait. Non-famous Sims living here tend to have an uncomfortable mood. Additionally, crazed fans often sneak in and have to be shooed away. The trait can be removed via Build Mode. But, you will want to be a real celebrity if you want to win over Thorne Bailey or Octavia Moon.

3 Kahananui’s Journey’s End Of Sulani

Room For Two More

The Kahananui estate is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat to paradise in TS4: Island Living. With no kids yet, both guest rooms are available. There is a large pool on site, and just a short walk away to the beach, fishing, and sailing.

Mele and Alika Kahananui see themselves as the hosts of the Lani St. Taz neighborhood, making it easy to be invited in. YouTuber neecxle met Mele during her first visit to the local bar and things were friendly, at first. Just be sure to add a few more showers unless you want to walk through the master bedroom each day.

2 Spencer-Kim-Lewis Cypress Terrace Of Willow Creek

A Stunning Private Home

This Sage Estates home is a massive five-bedroom, four-bathroom dream. The three-story house includes a large patio, a study, a full bar, and space to start a new garden. Sage Estates is a small neighborhood, so you will often need to go elsewhere for more exciting activities.

The home already has a guest bedroom at the start of any TS4 save. Both Dennis Kim and Vivian Lewis are elderly, and will likely pass away due to natural causes. Eric Lewis and Alice Spencer-Kim will likely want to fill the void. Unless Neighborhood Stories runs amuck and generates too many kids, there should be time to get invited in as a family friend.

1 Elderberry’s Spring Steppes Of Britechester

Coming To Financial Rescue

This cozy 20×15 lot has three floors with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Don’t let the small area fool you, as it is very easy to build basements or new floors in The Sims 4. Additionally, the storage room can be cleared out and turned into something else.

Both Ekram and Eleanore Elderberry aren’t long for this world, leaving their teen grandson Rohan all by his lonesome. It is the perfect opportunity to move a working Sim or couple in and make sure Spring Steppes stays afloat. Just like Sofia Bjergsen, you can also befriend Rohan through high school in The Sims 4.
